HILL HOUSE

Hill House is a conceptual residential design created for a sloping tropical site, where architecture is shaped by the landscape rather than imposed upon it. The project embraces panoramic views while carefully protecting privacy, using solid volumes and strategic openings to frame the surrounding scenery without compromising the intimacy of everyday life.

The house is organized around a generous open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that extends seamlessly toward the outdoor terrace and infinity pool. Private spaces are tucked behind sculptural timber volumes, creating a clear transition between social and intimate areas while giving the home its distinctive architectural identity.

A restrained palette of exposed concrete, natural hardwood, and floor-to-ceiling glazing creates a timeless dialogue between structure, materiality, and nature. Deep roof overhangs, generous terraces, and continuous visual connections blur the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing the landscape to become an integral part of the living experience.

Hill House is currently available as a concept design, offering the opportunity to acquire and further develop the project for a new site or client.
