O VILLAS

O Villas is a boutique residential development in Santa Fe, Siargao, reinterpreting classic Filipino architecture through a contemporary lens with subtle Wes Anderson influences. Currently in its final design phase, the project is conceived as a vibrant yet tranquil tropical retreat.

Each villa offers two flexible layouts within the same footprint, seamlessly adapting between a one- and two-bedroom configuration. At the center of the development, a shared pool, deck, reception, and café create a welcoming social heart, while a carefully curated palette balances playful color with earthy, natural tones.

Filled with natural light, the interiors combine clean lines, warm materials, and semi-open bathrooms with private courtyards, strengthening the connection between architecture, landscape, and tropical living.
